Luminara
Once a proud and noble race, the Luminara were beings of pure light, revered as the protectors and keepers of balance in the world. They were blessed with immense power and wisdom, serving as guardians of the sacred realms. However, their downfall came through hubris or betrayal, leading them to fall from their lofty position.
Now, the Luminara are shadowed versions of their former selves, cursed with a tarnished glow and a lingering sense of loss. They retain fragments of their former power, but it is tainted by darkness and regret. Their wings, once bright and glorious, are now tattered and dim, and their once-blessed abilities are twisted by the very corruption they sought to prevent.The Luminara struggle with their dual nature, torn between the remnants of their light and the encroaching darkness that seeks to consume them entirely. They roam the world as outcasts, seeking redemption and a way to restore their lost grace, while battling the inner demons that threaten to drag them further into the abyss.
